Introduction

The American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology would like to invite you to the Fourth “Advances in Psychiatry Across Ages Conference” (APAA). The conference includes high-caliber international speakers from the UK, Europe, and the MENA region to cover the most cutting-edge advances in general psychiatry, old age psychiatry, and child psychiatry.

Come and update your knowledge at our international conference and develop your clinical skills in our pre-conference training sessions.

The broad objectives of the conference are classified as:

Pre-conference training sessions objectives:

1. Build up psychiatrists’ clinical skills to read brain MRI scans and other new advances in neuroradiology such as DAT and Pet scans.

2. Enhance psychiatrist skills to provide physical healthcare to the patients, including reading ECG and Lap results.

3. Develop skills to use psychometric testing in psychiatry and cognitive assessment tools.

4. Enhance psychiatrists’ abilities to deal with legal and ethical issues in clinical practice, including mental capacity assessments.
