Abstract Topics

For reviewing and scheduling purposes, abstracts will be classified into thematic areas.

The Conference Scientific Committee will assign a topic to your abstract in order to achieve a well-balanced scientific program.

Abstract Guidelines

Abstract submissions are now open for the 5th APAA – Advances in Psychiatry Across Ages Conference. We welcome high-quality scientific, clinical, and theoretical work relevant to mental health and neurological conditions. Original studies are encouraged, and early data from ongoing research may also be considered. The main evaluation criteria include the quality of research, relevance to the conference audience, and overall contribution to the field.

PRESENTATION CATEGORIES

An abstract can be submitted under one of the following categories:

  • Poster Presentation
  • Patient Case Study / Research Study

All submissions will undergo peer review by the 5th APAA Conference Scientific Committee.

Please note that the presentation type may be changed during review to ensure suitability within the final program.

Accepted abstracts will only be presented in E-Poster format. Presenters must carefully follow the instructions below when preparing their posters:

  • Use large, readable font
  • Use graphs, charts, and/or tables to present data clearly
  • Ensure the poster is colorful and visually engaging
  • E-Posters will be displayed onsite in the designated function area and digitally throughout the 3 conference days
  • All content must be in English
  • Create the poster in PowerPoint (landscape orientation)
  • Save the final version as a PDF file
  • The PDF file name must match the exact title of the submitted abstract
  • File size must be less than 10 MB
  • No hyperlinks are permitted — text and images only
  • Once submitted, presentations cannot be modified
  • Submission Deadline: 18 December 2025
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English
  • It is the sole responsibility of the presenting author—not the organizer or any third party—to submit the abstract and ensure that all information provided is correct
  • The presenting author must provide an active mobile number and email address, as all communication—including acceptance or rejection—will be sent directly to them
  • If the abstract is accepted, the presenting author must register and pay in full by the deadline provided in the acceptance email; failure to do so will result in removal of the abstract from the program and any associated publications

All accepted abstracts will be:

  • Displayed onsite
  • Included in the digital e-poster gallery
  • May appear on the conference website or related materials. This will not create any
    copyright concerns.
