و جنيف بين عامي 2017 و 2018 م. إضافةً على ذلك حصلت على جائزة Immerse Education للمقال
الأكاديمي لثلاث سنوات على التوالي. و حصدت المركز الأول في مسابقة رؤية لتصميم الأزياء المستدامة
عام 2023 م.

Dr. Kawthar Alameri, a family medicine consultant, is deeply dedicated to healthcare leadership and passionate about incorporating global best practices into local healthcare systems.
Previously, Dr. Kawthar served as a clinic manager at Ambulatory Healthcare Services under Pure Health, demonstrating exceptional commitment as the Manager of the Covid-19 Prime Assessment Center during the pandemic. She has actively contributed to several boards, including the Quality Council, the Mortality and Morbidity Committee, and the Clinical Guideline Committee.

Dr. Babiker is a consultant paediatric neurologist and is the director of the Paediatric

Dr Babiker holds an adjunct clinical Associate Professor position at the Mohamed Bin Rashed
University.
He completed his higher training in paediatric neurology in Scotland and England and then
worked as a Consultant Paediatric Neurologist as well as the clinical lead of the complex
movement disorders service at Bristol Royal Hospital in the UK. He held Honorary Senior
Lecturer positions at Sheffield, Glasgow and Bristol Universities. He is a member of the British
Paediatric Neurology Association (BPNA), International Child Neurology Association (ICNA)
and the American Movement Disorders Society. Dr Babiker has published widely in peer-
reviewed medical journals and has authored and co-authored several research papers,
editorials, reviews and book chapters. Dr Babiker is an active member of the teaching faculties
for the well-recognized Paediatric Epilepsy Training (PET 1 & 2), Assessing Children`s Tone
(ACT) course and the Paediatric Movement Disorders courses organized by the British

Dr. Nadia Taysir Dabbagh is a UK-trained consultant who has worked in the UAE since 2011, first establishing child psychiatry services at Rashid Hospital and now Chief of Division for Paediatric Mental Health, Dubai Health. She obtained The Executive Council (TEC) approval for Dubai’s first Mental Health Strategy in 2017.
Completing medical studies at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals and University College, London (UCL) and higher training at the Tavistock Clinic, Dr Dabbagh became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, UK in 2005 and Fellow in 2022. As a college volunteer, she developed the first Palestine National Strategy for Child and Adolescent Mental Health working with the Ministry of Health and Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP). In 2023 she was awarded a place on the RCPsych ‘Hall of Fame’ in recognition of her contribution to psychiatry in the Middle East.
Holding a BSc and PhD in Medical Anthropology, MSc in Psychiatric Research from UCL and Diploma in Leading Digital Health Transformation from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), Dr Dabbagh has published articles and books including, ‘Suicide in Palestine: Narratives of Despair’ and ‘How Can We Even Talk about Palestine and Israel: one group’s experience’ (in press, TWiG publishers, 2025)

H.E. Dr. Omniyat Mohammed Al Hajeri is the Executive Director of the Community Health Division at the AD Public Health Center, She is specialized in the field of public health and leadership, also a practicing consultant physician in the field of diabetes, endocrinology and metabolic diseases, she studied medicine, worked and trained in Ireland for 12 years and worked around twenty years at several Abu Dhabi Hospitals. She also served previously as Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Health Sciences.
She is a member of the Estijaba (COVID response team in AD health sector) with a special focus on the education sector agile response to COVID and also supports stakeholders involved in COVID response relationships in general.
Dr. Omniyat also worked at the first Health Authority established in Abu Dhabi and continued to help shape the health sector and its major reforms since 2001. Before moving to AD Public Health center in 2019, She served in the Department of health as a Director of Public Health and Research since 2011, leading a number of departments and including communicable disease, non-communicable diseases, Health promotion, research and occupational and environmental health where she worked with her team to initiate and implement more than 20 public health programs that are still serving the AD community. She also worked previously in health professional licensing (2007-2010), and human resources (2001-2007) , where she served as a founding member of the licensing, examination, credentialing, continuous medical education and post graduate medical education services in the Emirate of AD.
Dr. Omniyat is a board member of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and the Academy of Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Women’s Sport, and also was previously a board member at Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company and ExCel London Exhibitions company (2016-2019) and Abu Dhabi Media Company.

Dr. Sarah C. Mead Jasperse is an Assistant Professor at Emirates College for Advanced Education (ECAE) in Abu Dhabi. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral with experience applying the science of behavior in a variety of contexts (e.g., general education classrooms, early intervention centers, staff training programs) and with a range of populations (e.g., young children, individuals with autism spectrum disorder) and behaviors (e.g., academic performance, severe and dangerous challenging behavior). Dr. Mead Jasperse has experience working clinically and as a faculty member in both the USA and UAE. At ECAE, she teaches graduate-level courses, conducts and supervises applied research, and works with community partners to support training and dissemination efforts.

Dr. Shannon Ward is a doctoral-level behavior analyst who has been applying the principles of learning to improve socially important behaviors of individuals with and without disabilities for 20 years. Dr. Ward started working as a therapist in the home setting, worked as a special education teacher after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education from Saint Louis University, and supported individuals living in a residential setting while working at The New England Center for Children (NECC). Dr. Ward worked at FTF Behavioral Consulting Services, supporting professionals dedicated to creating meaningful outcomes from behavior-analytic assessment and treatment processes, and recently served as the Clinical Director at the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Special Education, operated by NECC. Dr. Ward is currently the Program Director of the NECC Clinic – Abu Dhabi. She holds a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and a doctorate in behavior analysis from Western New England University.
Dr. Ward has conducted research in the areas of assessment and treatment of problem behavior, functional communication training, the extension of successful skill-based treatment to caregivers, and the social validity of assessment and treatment services. Her current research interests include ethical research practices and assent processes in early childhood.
